BIOL 204 - Microbiology Laboratory

Basic laboratory principles of microbiology for allied health students. Emphasis on microscopy, aseptic cultivation and enumeration of microorganisms, differential staining, assays of antimicrobial agents, and diagnostic laboratory techniques. Students will identify unknown bacterial species.

Prerequisite(s): Minimum 2.0 in BIOL 203 or concurrently
