LEAD 111 - Leadership Development II

LEAD 111 will help students develop leadership skills through study, observation, and application. Assists students in increasing their understanding of themselves, and the theories and techniques of leadership. Course topics include making decisions as a leader, guiding others through conflict, realizing change, and empowering others as a servant leader.
