LEAD 110 - Leadership Development I

LEAD 110 will help students develop leadership skills through study, observation, and application. Assists students in increasing their understanding of themselves, and the theories and techniques of leadership. Course topics include developing a personal leadership philosophy, leading by serving, understanding ethical leadership, articulating a vision, team building and leading with goals.
