DENT 240 - Anxiety & Pain Control Mgmt

This course will provide the student with basic and current concepts of local anesthetics nitrous oxide and pain control for the safe and effective administration of local anesthetics and nitrous oxide/oxygen sedation. Instruction in local anesthetic technique, nitrous oxide technique, and an introduction to the use of nitrous oxide as an analgesia is included.
