THEA 240 - Acting-Shakespeare

Students will explore the unique demands of acting and speaking Shakespeare and the qualities of his verse, including alliteration, assonance, rhymes, antithesis, puns, onomatopoeia, imagery, and iambic rhythms. Status, social, and historical context will be addressed.
