THEA 114 - Intro to Technical Theatre
3 Credit Hour(s) / 3 Billing Hour(s)
Introduction to technical theatre for performing arts. Students will be introduced to the basic elements of scenic, lighting, costume, media, and properties design, and the execution of these design elements in a theatrical production. Students will be instructed on tool usage and on costume and scene shop safety, and will gain a practical understanding of the backstage elements in a theatrical performance.
