COMM 200 - Small Group Communication

General Education Category: MTA English Composition (2nd course)/Communication

Small group theory and process is examined from a communication perspective. Topics include, goal setting, stages of group development, group roles, leadership, decision making, listening, conflict resolution, problem solving, critical thinking and argumentation.

Prerequisite(s): Minimum 2.0 in (COMM 110  or COMM 120  or COMM 130  or ENGL 121 )
Placement Scores: Reading Level 5 and Writing Level 6
