PSYC 180 - Intro to Positive Psychology

A general overview of positive psychology and its place within psychology as a whole. Major topics are well-being, strengths and virtues, positive emotional and cognitive states, positive institutions, and the need for positivity with stigmatized groups. Attention will be paid to research underlying the formal study of these topics.
