WELD 140 - Creative Welding
2 Credit Hour(s) / 3 Billing Hour(s)
This is a course for people with an interest in artwork in a metal medium. Participants will become familiar with welding, cutting, and basic design processes for the purpose of exploring creative expression.
Semesters Offered: Fall, Spring
Prerequisite(s): None
Recommended: Course work or experience in art/design
Course Note: Students need to bring their own safety glasses, pliers, leather welding gloves and leather work boots to start welding on the first day of class
