LEGL 223 - Domestic Relations

Covers marriage, divorce, separation, annulment, paternity proceedings, custody, support, property division, and other areas of domestic relations law. Emphasis will be on the paralegal’s role in dealing with clients and applying appropriate statutes, case law, and court rules as part of a domestic law practice.
