LEGL 222 - Probate Law and Procedure
3 Credit Hour(s) / 3 Billing Hour(s)
Probate process will be addressed in detail, from commencement of proceedings through closing the estate of a decedent. Other topics will include wills, trusts, and related topics. Emphasis is on the part played by the paralegal in preparation of documents and other probate practice tasks.
