Provides in-depth study of pre-trial, trial, and post-trial practice and procedure. Emphasizes Michigan and federal rules of court. Detailed study of drafting pleadings, discovery procedures, and case preparation for trial and appeal. Also covers evidentiary rules as they relate to trial practice and preparation.
