CJUS 103 - Criminal Law

This course is a study of substantive criminal law. Includes the classification of crimes, common law concepts, elements of specific crimes, and discussion of current trends in criminal law nationally and locally.

Prerequisite(s): Minimum 2.0 in CJUS 101  or concurrently
