CITA 140 - Microsoft Outlook 3 Credit Hour(s) / 3 Billing Hour(s) Students will use Outlook to manage typical business office communication needs. The course includes sending and organizing email, creating contacts, managing calendars and scheduling meetings. Students organize and archive data, and use email filters.

- Students must be able to use web browsers and online learning tools including drop boxes, discussion boards, and e-mail. They must also have Windows file management skills, including the ability to upload and download files, make folders, move and zip files.
- This course requires the use of a PC computer running Windows 11, 4GB Ram, High Speed Internet Connection 2 Mbit or higher, current version of Microsoft Office (see Materials section) and a MyLabIT account. Mac computers are not fully compatible and are not recommended. Equipment and software is provided for students that wish to complete assignments at the Main or West Campus computer labs. The LCC Library may offer laptops for check-out during the semester. Microsoft 365 is available to LCC students at no cost using links from the College website but may not have the full features needed to complete the work.
