DENT 158 - Dental Pharmacology

A study of the importance of the pharmacologic aspects of those drugs and drug groups with which the dentist and dental hygienist are directly and indirectly concerned. Emphasis is placed on nomenclature, origin, physical and chemical properties, preparation, modes of administration, and effects upon the body systems.
