Medical Terminology provides an in-depth knowledge of word building, use, pronunciations, spelling, term building, and the application of medical terms in relation to function, structure, and specific disease conditions. Emphasis is placed on medical terms from periodicals, textbooks, and medical care areas. This is a health careers foundational course.
