NURS 222 - Childbearing Families

Introduces concepts related to the child-bearing family. Emphasis is on health promotion, reproduction, sexual health, newborn assessment and care, and child growth and development. Clinical experiences promote the development of knowledge, skills, and attitudes to provide family-centered care in a variety of settings.

Prerequisite(s): Successful completion of Level I of the 2-Year or 2nd Degree Nursing program tracks is required
