ENGL 278 - Writing the Novel

3 Credit Hour(s) / 3 Billing Hour(s)
This course addresses all aspects of writing a novel. Classroom sessions will emphasize finding a narrative voice, establishing sturdy characters, and developing a workable plot. Students will receive feedback on their fiction in a workshop setting. Publishing information will be provided, but will not be a focus of the course.

Prerequisite(s): Minimum 2.0 in ENGL 261  or ENGL 264 or ENGL 260  or ENGL 264
