General Education Category: MTA English Composition (2nd course)/Communication and Applied English
Theory and practice of business communication in a variety of forms, from short communications in print and in non-print channels to longer business proposals and research reports. Emphasizes effective use of graphics such as tables, charts, and illustrations, following accepted design principles. Covers business use of electronic media including websites, social media, and messaging applications. Considers appropriate uses of AI tools.
