This course is designed to help people of vision and courage examine the beliefs, principles, and behaviors which drive organizations. In seminar format, participants investigate possibilities for new ways of thinking together, focusing on emerging perspectives of ourselves, our organizations, our communities, and our world. Students explore the growing importance of environment in creating a context for transformation.
