MGMT 332 - Ethics for Managers & Leaders

This course is designed to sensitize participants to the impact of ethics on decision-making. Participants will examine values and assumptions, both personal and organizational, which influence management and leadership style. Exploration of the importance of intention and right relationships in strategy and the creation of the future workplace is also included.
