MGMT 304 - Organization Development

Based on the assumption that all managers and leaders must recognize, plan for, and manage organizational change, this course examines the process of improving organization effectiveness by means of a systematic change program. Students practice identifying problems, selecting appropriate interventions, building action plans, and developing facilitator skills.
