MGMT 237 - Managing/Continual Improvement

This course provides an introduction to concepts of quality, continual improvement, systems thinking, and other new management practices. The history of the quality movement including key thinkers/leaders is covered. Methods for continual improvement teams, learning organizations, and new ways of thinking and leading are explored.
