MGMT 237 - Managing/Continual Improvement 3 Credit Hour(s) / 3 Billing Hour(s) This course provides an introduction to concepts of quality, continual improvement, systems thinking, and other new management practices. The history of the quality movement including key thinkers/leaders is covered. Methods for continual improvement teams, learning organizations, and new ways of thinking and leading are explored.
