MGMT 224 - Human Resource Management

3 Credit Hour(s) / 3 Billing Hour(s)
This course examines the role of human resources management and its contribution to the total organizational effort. Emphasis will be placed on the evolution of human resource management, recruitment and selection, improving performance, compensation and incentives, safety and health, employee-management relations, and current legislation.
