MGMT 223 - Supervisory Skills

This course presents supervisory principles and practices for first-line supervisors. Emphasis is on developing interpersonal and first line supervisory skills. Managerial functions are introduced, along with policies, decision-making, and the responsibilities of supervisors for overall work performance and employee development and evaluation.
