BUSN 251 - Understanding Investments 3 Credit Hour(s) / 3 Billing Hour(s) Study of securities markets which will include an introduction to various types of investments such as mutual funds, real estate, money markets, stocks, bonds, and IRAs. Practice will be conducted to develop an understanding of terminology and application of concepts. Time Value of Money and some of the more prevalent theories, concepts, and skills of investing will be covered to aid in developing strategies for making sound investment decisions.
