BUSN 150 - Legal Issues: Start Small Busn 2 Credit Hour(s) / 2 Billing Hour(s) This course will introduce, but not limited to, the legal aspects of starting and operating a small business. Topics will include selecting the appropriate legal structure for setting up a business, complying with employment law, protecting intellectual property, avoiding legal disputes, and other legal aspects of purchasing and operating a business.
